About the role

A strategic and hands-on marketing role in one

We’re looking for a part-time Marketing Specialist to support our marketing strategy, oversee the development of the annual marketing plan, analyze campaign effectiveness, and mostly actively execute marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating and implementing successful marketing strategies, a keen analytical mindset, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

This is a strategic and hands-on role in one: you’ll map out the funnel and messaging for new launches, then build and write the actual pieces yourself – landing pages, newsletter emails, LinkedIn posts, graphics – and wire up the lead flow in HubSpot. You’ll work directly with the CEO and Founder and across both the agrifood side (Bright Green Partners and FoodTech Experts) and the Aligned Ambitious brand.

This is a part-time (2 days a week) role with potential to extend in scope over the next months. It is an individual contributor role and does not include team supervision, budget ownership, events, or PR. If you’ve run end-to-end campaigns before and want to do the thinking and the execution yourself rather than managing an agency, this is built for that.

About us

Two industries, one premium, boutique tone

  • Bright Green Partners is a boutique strategy consultancy focused on AgriFood Tech, working with corporates, investors, and consulting firms.
  • FoodTech Experts is BGP’s expert network brand – about 2,500 vetted agrifood professionals – offering expert calls, freelance projects, and expert-backed studies.
  • Aligned Ambitious is our founder Floor Buitelaar’s personal brand, bridging leadership with wellness.

All three share a premium, boutique tone – not startup, not corporate-slow.

What you’ll do

  • Launch strategy: for each new thing we’re putting out (a report, a tool, a service), map the audience, positioning, and funnel – what brings someone in, what converts them, where they land in FTE/BGP or Aligned Ambitious.
  • Content & campaign execution: write the LinkedIn posts, newsletter emails, and copy that carry each launch across the relevant brand(s), plus simple on-brand graphics in Canva.
  • Website & landing pages: build and update landing pages and supporting site pages in WordPress/Gutenberg so each launch has a working, SEO-sound home.
  • CRM & lead flow: connect landing pages and campaigns into HubSpot – forms, lists, tags, and basic nurture sequences – so leads from a launch are tracked and followed up on, not lost.
  • Lightweight reporting: keep an eye on what’s actually working (opens, clicks, signups) per launch and flag what to double down on or cut.

Must haves

Who we’re looking for

  • Experience owning a campaign or product launch end to end – not just executing content someone else planned
  • Comfortable in HubSpot & Mailchimp (or a similar CRM) – forms, lists, segments, basic automation/sequences
  • Strong written English and real experience writing LinkedIn content for a professional/B2B audience
  • Comfortable in WordPress, ideally the block/Gutenberg editor, building landing pages (with AI support) rather than just editing copy
  • Able to take a rough idea (“we’re launching X”) and turn it into a structured plan and the pieces that execute it, largely independently
  • Based in Europe, available 2-3 days per week on a flexible schedule

Nice to have

What gives you an edge

  • Background in growth marketing or demand generation, not just content marketing
  • Comfortable in Canva with brand kit / template experience
  • Basic SEO and analytics literacy (Google Analytics, Search Console)
  • Interest or background in food, agrifood tech, sustainability, or wellness
  • Comfortable using AI tools and building AI agents (Claude, ChatGPT) to speed up drafting and planning and act as your support agentic team
  • Experience running marketing across more than one brand at once

Practical details

  • Contract:
    • If in the Netherlands: employment contract (fixed-term for 1 year)
    • If outside of the Netherlands: freelance arrangement (exact structure depends on your country of residence – to be confirmed)
  • Hours: 2-3 days per week, flexible timing & dates in the week. Will be discussed in interviews
  • Duration: ongoing, with 2-month probation period
  • Compensation: 12-15 EUR/h (depending on experience and country)
  • Location: fully remote, must be based in Europe and have an EU work permit
  • Target start date: mid-October 2026

What we offer

  • Real ownership of go-to-market for new launches, not just a content queue
  • Direct access to the CEO and founder, across two genuinely different industries
  • Flexible, remote, part-time hours that fit around other work
  • A fast feedback loop – what you build goes live quickly, so you see what converts
  • An aligned ambitious culture: you’ll join an ambitious and passionate team across everything we work on, whether it’s changing the food system or changing the way we work. We’re all in our 20s and 30s, international and therefore very open-minded, caring, and like to have fun at work while building exciting new services and solutions for our industry. We have weekly lunch calls and other gatherings to keep engagement among our team members while working remote, and meet three times per year in Europe for fun coworking weeks.

Ready to join?

If you resonate with our culture and think in funnels as much as you think in words, can build a landing page and then write the LinkedIn post that drives traffic to it, and want steady part-time work with real strategic ownership, we’d love to hear from you.
