• 1-3 years of experience at a tier 1 or 2 management consulting firm as Associate or Consultant (MUST)
• Curiosity and commitment to the sustainable food and agriculture industry
• Demonstrated proactive mentality with a willingness to take on responsibilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset, embracing autonomy to decide and act, a key aspect of our dynamic work environment
• Ownership and end-to-end task execution capabilities
• Strong quantitative acumen (previous experience with financial modelling, technical due diligences preferred)
• Excellence in creating presentations and working with excel
• Preference for candidates with scientific background (biotech, chemistry, engineering, etc.) 
• Fluent in English
• A European work permit and main residence within Europe
