BGP New Services Giveaway
1. BGP Giveaway Program
1.1. Purpose & Offerings
1.1.1. The giveaway celebrates Bright Green Partners’ 5-year anniversary.
1.1.2. Three winners will be selected, one for each service listed:
- 1.1.2.1. Customized Insights – 50% discount on a Customized Insights project.
- 1.1.2.2. Expert Calls – First Expert Call for free.
- 1.1.2.3. Streamlined Due Diligence (DD) – 50% discount on a Streamlined DD project of choice.
1.1.3. All prices are indicative and the final discounted price will be communicated to each winner. The price will be defined on the scope request of the Customized Insights Request and separately for the Streamlined DD request. The discount will be applied to the normal scope price of Bright Green Partners. The final discounted project price will be communicated to each winner separately.
1.1.4. Timelines provided are indicative and subject to variation depending on the project scope. Final timelines will be agreed together with each winner.
1.2. Eligibility & Selection
1.2.1. Winners will be chosen based on their registration and alignment with the program criteria, being:
- Complete registration
- A request matching Bright Green Partners capabilities
- Participating in a feedback call on our new service
- Testing our beta version
1.2.2. Multiple submissions are allowed and increase your chances of winning (if complying with the program criteria, see 1.2.1.)
1.2.3. BGP reserves the right to remove any incomplete/ improper submissions without notice.
1.3. Important Deadlines
1.3.1. Registration closes on February 23, 23:59 CET.
1.3.2. Winners will be announced on February 25.
1.3.3. The selected project must be concluded by the end of March 2025.
2. Winner Notification & Requirements
2.1. Winner Notification
2.1.1. On February 25th, winners will be notified via email. For the Customized Insights winner and the Streamlined DD winner, the discounted price of the project will be communicated to each winner separately. Each winner has 36h to accept or decline their prize.
2.1.2. Acceptance of prize should happen via email.
2.1.3. In case of acceptance of prize, the winner and BGP team will further agree on scope and timeline, as well as contracting and NDA.
2.1.4. Once the winner has accepted, their company name and company logo will be publicly announced. However, the specific details of their request will remain confidential and will not be shared online.
2.1.5. In case of decline of prize or no reply within 36h, BGP will contact a new winner, following process outlined in 2.1.1.
2.1.6. Registrations for the giveaway are non-binding and may be withdrawn at any time. However, once the prize has been accepted by the winner, withdrawal is no longer possible.
2.2. Winner Requirements
2.2.1. The winner agrees to have their company name and company logo publicly shared by Bright Green Partners.
2.2.2. The winner agrees to provide a credential upon project completion for Bright Green Partners to use on its website and other marketing materials. This credential includes:
- Company name
- Company logo
- A brief statement on the feedback of the work
- Name, photo, and job title of the company’s designated contact person
3. General Disclaimer
3..1 All offerings are subject to change and are currently in the development and testing phase.
4. Marketing Communications
4.1. By registering for the giveaway program, you consent to receiving marketing communications, including email updates, from Bright Green Partners.
4.2. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time via the link provided in the emails.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All deliverables remain the intellectual property of Bright Green Partners unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5.2. Deliverables are provided for the registered client’s internal use only and may not be distributed or shared externally without prior written consent.
6. Liability
6.1. Bright Green Partners is not liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on the insights or deliverables provided.
6.2. While all efforts are made to ensure the accuracy of data, no guarantees are provided regarding the completeness or reliability of the information shared.
7. Governing Law
7.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
7.2. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
8. Updates to Terms and Conditions
8.1. Bright Green Partners reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
8.2. The most current version will be available on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
