Leveraging their insights, we selected a business model for the facility and constructed a thorough cash flow model, thereby ensuring a sustainable business case that is poised to meet industry demands.

Project deliverable

We delivered an exhaustive report, including major services and operational partnership scenarios, along with the facility's financial model, including both standalone and partnership scenarios.

Additionally, we crafted a comprehensive narrative document for potential partners. This document serves as a valuable resource during partnership discussions, offering details on market potential, a facility overview, and partnership models.
